There is a relay panel up under the left side dash, but no more fuses.

The locks don't work with the remote, keys, or by manually locking or unlocking the locks?

    Is the fuse OK?

they don't work with a remote and they can't be closed manually when the door is open, a mechanic looked at the fuse and said that it was ok

        Vlad,
If your remote stopped working, check its battery by going to a Target or Walmart and have them test it.
If your remote is new, or has never worked, get in the car and close all of the doors. Then turn the key from off to on quickly 5 times, leave it on the 5th time. Watch the red light on top of the dash. If the red light turns on and stays on, push one of the lock/unlock buttons on the remote for about 2 seconds. If the light then flashes rapidly, then turn the key to off and try locking/unlocking the doors with the remote.

Your key should always be able to lock all of the doors when you lock the drivers door. The door must be closed to do this. If it does not, AND will not lock all of the doors when you push the lock button down by the window (you being in the driver's seat) then there is a problem with the micro switch in the door lock mechanism.
