front wheel hub assembly 850

Just replace the front wheel hub assembly, it was not a fun job to do several trips to the auto parts stoor for different tools.

While test driving the finished work, there was a poping noise and while slowing down there were some grinding (the best way I can explain it) noises.

Has any one experanced this in the past? is this normal breaking in type stuff?

please help.

Popping and grinding, nope definitely not normal "break in" noises. Make sure that you don't have the backing plate for the brake rotor bent inwards and rubbing against it. The popping noise is anyone's guess.
