Does any one know a part number for a trailer hitch wiring harness? S70 1998

I am considering installing a trailer hitch on my 1998 S70. I understand Volvo makes a plug-and-play wiring harness that plugs into a specially designed plug somewhere in the trunk. Any idea exactly where that plug is? Does anyone happen to know the Volvo part number of that thing? Does anyone have one for sale/trade? Does anyone have opinions of the unit? Is it better to use it or an afterb market kit sold by etrailer.com and such? How about cost? Is it expensive?

Thanks to all in advance!

I am sure Volvo sells one, along with the hitch, etc.

    This may be cheaper:

At least it will get you started.

Klaus, thanks. No need for IPD, U-Haul sells these very Draw-tite converters for the same price. What I was wondering is if anyone installed the Volvo setup and if it was easier (plug and pray) and relatively inexpensive. It is cold up here in Western Massachusetts and I do not feel like doing wiring projects, but need a hitch. Looks like the Volvo parts are about $150 and I am not at all sure they are plug and play. The delaer I called said they use U-haul converter boxes (same as what IPD sells) since most customers are sticker shocked with the Volvo parts. Looks like that is the way I am going cold weather an all.

      Cheers!
