Reliability of S70T S70 2001

I'm a traditional 240 owner but have an opportunity to buy a nice looking S70T from a neighbor. It has 195K and my only experience was my wife's '93 850 which, at 130K was getting "tired" despite good maintenance and Mobil 1 oil. What could I expect out of a 200K engine? Written maintenance records don't exist but the "story" is good. Opinions welcome.

Reliability of S70T - you sure of mileage? S70 2001

28,000 miles per year? Is that possible? If highway miles, the wear and tear may not be too bad, but consider that any 200,000 mile car will need lots of little things attended to.

Yes the mileage per year is high but that's common in this town. I burn 30K per year commuting alone. The car has all the signs of high highway use, drivers seat is good but shows more wear than the rest of the seats. They look new. Windshield is sporting a couple of repaired chips which again are common on the local interstates. Nice thing is that the nearly new tires from my DD (1980 DL w/300K miles) will swap over. I'm ok with spending a few bucks on the S70. I do all my own 240 work which and have already rebuilt a few B21 engines. I was just afraid of the engine just wearing out like the one on the '93 850 did. My wife wants me to buy the S70 for her since she misses her 850. That would free up her S60 for my DD. With 33 mpg on req gas, that's ok with me.

Reliability of S70T S70 2001

The 2001 is better than the terrible 1993, but 200K means that all of the front suspension will need to be replaced. 210K is also timing belt and h2o pump if it wasn't done earlier.
The low pressure turbo may also be getting tired. Just pull off the intake hose at the throttle body and check for lots of oil.
2001 also has the ETM, see if it has been replaced or just "cleaned".
