Headlight wiper mechanism 850 1995

Lately for whatever reason when I squirt some washer fluid after the cycle is finished the passenger side headlight wiper blade gets hung up and is left in the upwards position covering the headlamp. Can anyone explain why this is occuring and if there is something minor I can do to correct it?

    It's lose on the shaft. Probably getting hung up on the rest stop. Lift up the cover, loosen the nut, reposition the blade, and tighten the nut. (10mm I think)
