COLD START ISSUES S70 1998

My 98 s70 has been having issues starting in cold weather, in particular anything colder than -10c, the engine has to turn many times. when I had my 99 v70, I never had issues with starting, even at -30c. This car I bought sat for a long time before I bought it. I put some fuel injector cleaner in and this morning the engine started after only 3 turns. i am wondering if dirty injectors have been the issue all along?

Lok at the E.C.T. sensor, located at the thermostat housing you will see the wire coming off of there. If it starting to take on a green tinge it could be going bad and that will cause long spin over time.
