VVT timing and T belt install, re-sync cam to crank V70-XC70 2001

After searching the web for a couple of hours, I think I know what I did. Now, how do I fix it.

I replaced the timing belt and tensioner. I guess while doing that, the exhaust cam moved. I lined up the marks and installed the belt. Now, I get a code about cam timing being to far advanced. I rechecked my marks and they are aligned perfect.

It seems I have to re-sync the exhaust cam to the crank. How?
