My husband found a place called Brentwood Volvo, a dealer, but with very competitive prices, beats IPD on some things. 800-844-9502 good luck.

I have used a variety of internet suppliers over the years, but what I keep coming back to (at least for Volvo OEM stuff) is my local dealer Portland Volvo (ME) and use my 15% VCOA discount. By the time I factor internet shipping in to the equation the local dealer price is pretty close to the same as any discounter. Plus I get the security of knowing the part is right, or I can bring it right back. I don't need to wait a week to find out the guy shipped the wrong thing, etc. etc. Moreover, the dealer knows I buy my parts there and they bend over bckwards to help me with service questions, diagnostics, etc. An "i'll scratch your back you scratch mine " relationship that works very well for me.

best pricing 800-468-0041. They sell parts and any oroginal volvo accessory for dealer cost! no mark-up.

I came home to find a box from http://www.alloemvolvoparts.com waiting for me. I think they are great. They do not have every part, but many of the most important ones. (Of course the most important one is the one you need!)

They are at least 10% cheaper than the dealer, and more often like 25% or more cheaper. I have ordered things like belts, wires, plugs, a water pump, and a pnp switch etc. from them.

They are much less expensive than IPD and many are the exact same parts. The oil filters and air filters I ordered are all from Mann, the belts are by Contintental. The timing belt from them is the shorter one if I remember correctly. I also am not sure if they carry the fuel filters for the 850. For everything else they have been outstanding.

I ordered on Sun. night and Thurs morning the stuff was here waiting for me. They also send you an email UPS tracking number so you can know the status of and when the order will arrive.

I use IPD occasionaly, but I check out this site first.

They are hard to beat, and in my 5 orders, they have not let me down yet.

I erred in the above message. They(AllOEM) have the shorter serpentine belt(not timing belt). For the 850 you want the longer one that IPD sells.
