Hi,

I can replace this myself right? I think its the 'air distribution hose that cools the ECU, but one end of it looks like it sticks into the radiator.

If you choose to replace it rather than duct tape it, the Volvo p/n is 8619305.

It was $9.23 at my dealer on 27 Feb 2009.

If you are allergic to dealers, IPD has it for $10.28.

It is not a critical air hose, but you don't want water to get in it. I just used good old duct tape :)

The front end sticks into a hole next to the radiator so it gets fresh air. It just pulls out from both ends.
