How to remove ABS controller (rusted bolt head)

I attempted to replace the original ABS controller on our 1998 S70 (red) Volvo. I have the E5 torx and was very careful in not rounding the bolt heads but, one of the bolt heads seemed to have rusted more than the others and the socket bit isn't biting. It's such a tight area for me to try something. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

If you have room, use a carbide disc in a Dremel to cut a slot across the screw head and use a conventional screwdriver.
