is a downpipe necessary S70 1998

i plan to get the PES chip and a 2.5" exhaust system, my question is - is the downpipe necessary???? if so, who makes the best one and where can i get it? are there any good custom exhaust shops in the central florida area?

hey Jordan...

Off the subject here and I have no idea about the downpipe but I did want to ask you how you like the blue lows? Do they deminish your lighting much? And Are they really worth the look?
