Has anyone submitted a complaint to the National Highway Safety in reference to failed ABS modules?

Some of us have, but most of the cars already had 100K+ on them. It is easier to fix them for $150 than have the dealer replace them, only to have them fail at a later date. The 1993-1995 did not have problems.
