Hi my S40 2003 front seat driver side, at the lower part FOAM become weak & flat, there is any sources for get/buy replacement Foam???

The dealer near me lists the seat cushion for $129. http://www.weissvolvo-parts.com/

You might want to try calling IPD or FCP Groton and see if they can special order it at a better price.
