Oxygen sensors S80 2000

I have 2000 S80 106K and check engine light on caused by code P0050.
I cleared this code but after a couple minutes comes back.
Above code is for bank 2 sensor 1 and my question is where this
sensor is located and how difficult is to replce it?
Thanks,
Joe

Thanks David. Iam using OBDII Actron Scanner and it shows code P0050,
    heated circut (CO2s) bank2, sensor1.
It does not tell me if that sensor is located on the right or left exhaust pipe and before or after catalitic converter. I do not know which one is causing check engine light to come on.

Bank two refers to the sensor by cylinders 4,5,6 (closer to the driver side) before the catalytic converter(sensor 1).
Bank one is for the 1,2,3 cylinders (passenger side). Sensor 2 are the ones after the converter.
I was unable to replace myself after buying a replacement and had my local garage put my part in for around $35.00. Part cost me about $110 from Amazon.com

I do not know of code 50???
    Do you mean 150?
There is no bank 2 on the s80. Can you double check that code?
O2 sensors are on the exhaust before and after the cat converter. You will see them from under the car.
Sensor 2 before cat, sensor 2 after.
Sensor replacement sometimes requires a special wrench, old sensor ususually very tight.
