Can someone please tell me the location of the cabin air filter and is it really nessesary to replace this. If so how is this done?

    While the location is not very friendly, the cabin filter seems to get much dirtier than the engine air filter. It should be replaced annually, if too much crud gets captured it will cause the blower motor to work too hard and burn out.

    There are 2 different types of filters for your cabin, depending on optional pollen free air. Check it before replacing.

    Its under the dash on the passenger side. A few interior panels to remove, the n four screws then pull down old filter. Search the site for detailed instructions.
