Happy New Year One & All !!

Need advice on the tailgate locking.. Unable to open with
the key from outside or the switch on the driver door or turning
the key in the dirver door. I hear the mechanism activate in tail gate
but it is still latched locked. The tail gate does not have the little
knob/dicky to pull up like the v70. This is a V70 T5 1998...

Can open from inside and push it out.. Any Advice..

    Important, check the key position of the outside lock. It needs to be in the unlock position, otherwise the door remains locked.

      Hi Klaus....

      Appreciate ur response...

      Oka will giv that a shot. Will turn the key in the lock position
      and than also in the unlock direction and see what happens.
      ( The key return in the middle position)
