Trunk locked on S60 and won't open S60 2004

Neither my key remote button nor the trunk button over the license plate will open the trunk. Unfortunately, my rear seats are locked upright, so I cant enter the trunk from the passenger compartment. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is the valet override turned on? Do you have a master key? Valet override is engaged by pushing the "trunk" button on the climate panel with the master key in the switch and ignition on. Light lit on switch, trunk wont open electrically
