I have several spots on the inside of my car I don't like. Namely the cracked dorr handles and bubbling door panel vinyl.

What do you all do to repair/replace these besides a pull-n-pay?

J

I'd also suggest getting quotes from an upholstery shop for the panels and buying new plastic parts from the dealer.

After you get the price quotes, you may appreciate the "patina" of an old car! :)

(Or buy one of the old-style "Volvo high mileage club" badges on ebay! It's probably a lot cheaper! http://extras.sacvolvoclub.org/photos-file-cabinet/ThirdSeriesCollage2color800w.bmp )

Bubbling vinyl can only be replaced, it cannot be re-glued, and I suggest getting it done at an upholstery shop. You will have to remove the panel and leave it with them. Let them know what color you want :) It will not be cheap.

The plastic door handles? You mean the grab plastic part that always break? Lots of luck finding a good one in a P&P. Dealers cost more.
