The rear hatch door lock will not lock when locked with the remote or from the driver's door. Any help with diagnosing appreciated.

Will the key lock/unlock the hatch? It could be a short in the harness wiring up by the hinge. With the remote in hand, stand next to the hatch and listen for the latch motor when you use the remote.

If the wiring at the hinge looks frayed, check at your local pick&pull for another. Removing the panel is a pain this time of year because of the cold plastic.
