Thermostat: How much? 850 1995 T-5R

Now that you guys have convinced me that I have a "stuck open" thermostat, how much will it cost to fix it? Do I have to replace it or can I fix the one I have? Can I do it myself? Thanks a lot

Thermostat is max $25, coolant is $20, you can do it yourself if you have a long reach 30 or 40 TORX. One hour labor is about right.
