Strange the motor sounds smooth but seems to have a bit of a rough idle when you turn on the Air Conditioning System. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Check your motor mounts too - I have a busted lower one I haven't got around to fixing yet, and my idle gets a bit rough running the AC as well. The engine is put under more of a load, and the 5-cylinders like to vibrate at low RPM.

If your rpms slow down when the AC compressor is on, clean the idle air control and the throttle body. Old tooth brushes are a very good tool.
