Problem: my 850 engine cuts out, which can be a problem in traffic!
Symptoms: when accelorating, often from a stop sign or light, (although not always from a stop) the engine sputters and the lights come up on the dash and the steering gets difficult. Engine dies. Wait 30 seconds, and it has always eventually restarted. Might cut out again within a couple of miles, or go for days without problem.

Feels fuel related?

The engine dies and then the lights come on. You might just have a failing fuel pump relay.

Did you know that the fuel filter is supposed to be replaced every 90K miles?

I've seen the J relay under the fuse panel cover cause this
symtom sevral times
