I just sent you a pdf for knock sensor replacement. The PCV is in the same location. Expect to spend 5-6 hours bent over the engine bay. Do not forget to clean out the nipple in the turbo air intake, it does get clogged.
For what it is worth, ALL nuts can be reached from above, the injector rail does not have to come off but the fuel lines need to be loosened, when in doubt take pics if before so you know where the wires/vacuum lines go.
There is a bracket that supports the manifold, 12mm I think, very close to the bolt that holds the upper support of the oil dipstick. Undo the dipstick and then reach under and do the support bracket.
Remember, the bottom manifold bolts just get loosened, not removed.
When re-assembling, finger tighten the support bracket lower bolt and then put the manifold back in place. With a small extention, you will be able to tighten it after the top bolt is secure to the bracket.
This is also a very good time to remove the throttle body and clean it. A gasket is cheap at the dealer.

EDIT: Mail system died and did not deliver the PDF.
