Torn tie rod boot S70

On my 1998 S70, I noticed both inner tie rod boots were torn. The car does steer a little hard. Should I just replace both inner and outer tie rods along with new boots? Parts cost range from about $75 for after market stuff to $150 for OEM parts available from IPD. It is the SMI steering rack.

Of course you should get new. I always rely on my cars to go straight down the road and turn when I want to.

Please, use OEM if you can afford it. The machine tollerances are better.
