ecm codes 150a and 250a V70-XC70 1999

So I dropped the V70 off for an oil change and got some..not so great news. The long fuel trim code is coming up. They told me I need a MAF and two 02s, I find this unlikely. The J hose is ripped wide open as well, wouldnt that set the codes? Hopefully I can get away with just changing that hose. I need to save up for two ball joints in "horrible" shape..
Any ideas? thanks!!!

Replace the J hose first. Then start looking for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold, which can cause false O2 sensor readings.
