Strange Whoosh - Lack of Power - Turbo Pressure Low - Possible Hose Split? 850 1996

Hello,

I have a problem with my 1996 850 Turbo. I need to know where the trouble spots are in the charge air system.

I’d give her the look over myself, but I have a mathematics exam tomorrow.

I am asking if you know of a particular spot where the intercooler hoses can split.

AFTER your exam, just check all of the intercooler hose connections. The most likely is the one leaking to the throttle body. Use a 7 or 8mm ratchet to tighten the clamps, screwdrivers are a pain to work with.
