New purchase - 2009 S60 2.5T AWD S60 2009

Bought a 2009 S60 2.5T AWD (23k miles) at auction today. I could not find the transmission dip stick on this car. Since I lack AWD experience, could you please advise what kind of preventive maintenance should be done at this point (23k miles)? I assume this car is still entitled for manufacturer warranty. If I do oil changes, etc, is there ill impact on warranty?

Thanks,

Does anyone know how much it will be to order a new key (with remote) for S60?

Thanks,

Between $250 and $350, at the dealer only. Do not even try Ebay, it requires a software download. Consider it part of the auction price.

I guess it is the only way to do it.

Have a good one.

Just keep the receipt for the oil and filter, write date and miles on it.

"I" would take it to the dealer and let them change the oil and go over the car. That would satisfy the warrranty and they could tell me if something needs to be watched. Ask about the bevel gear oil change due at 50K miles or so. Tranny at 80-100K miles. Tbelt at 105K miles.

Don't worry, just have fun! The 2009 came with 'free' maintenance for 4 years, includes all wear items except tires.

Thank you, Klaus.

Yeah, read the warranty last night and found out there will some free service left. I am going to take it to a dealer when registration, etc are done. Will also keep bevel gear oil change on mind.

Best,
