Seat belt is stuck 850 1996

I've been driving my 850 wagon for over a year now, and today is the first time THIS has happened. When I got in the car this afternoon, I couldn't pull the seatbelt to fasten it. I know about pulling it slowly, but nothing I did could get it to come out. It doesn't look twisted at all, and nothing strange has happened with it. Worked fine this morning.

Anyone experience this, and more importantly, any tricks to unstick it? Otherwise I'll have to go visit the dealer with this silly question.
