Need new struts 850 1997

I'm ging to replace the struts on my 850R. Is there anything else I need besides the struts? Thanks.

New bolts? New XC90 spring seats? New alignment. Check the endlinks for wear, they have to come off.

After doing a little more research I think this is a good idea. I've got an annoying creak in the right front end too. How does this look for a package? http://www.fcpgroton.com/product-exec/product_id/26772/nm/Volvo_850_Turbo_Struts_Spring_Seat_Strut_Mount_Suspension_Kit/category_id/192

A call to Tasca Volvo will get you cheaper OEM:

        http://www.tascaparts.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getJointLocator&siteid=213668&chapter=&Sectionids=19,2512&groupid=52166&subgroupid=2534&componentid=15455&make=36&model=850&year=1996&graphicID=9709212&callout=1&catalogid=2&displayCatalogid=0

Besides, you can order the XC90 spring seat which will last longer than the 850 seat.

BTW, if you are replacing the front struts, think about replacing the rear shocks also. Easier than the fronts and will result in a better ride.
