trying to find the cheapest way of fixing my 2001 S60 volvo white label throttle body. i have have had the white label throttle body computer flashed by a volvo dealership. now,the white label throttle body is broke.here is my question? if i buy a used yellow label throttle body-the upgrade model- can i get by just installing the yellow throttle body and will it mate with the upgrade that the volvo dealership install earlier?? is the computer upgrade in the throttle body or set in the computer?

Unfortunately, your system will not recognize the new throttle body without dealer intervention.

Have you looked at www.xemodex.com

Those guys leave the guts alone, so the car computer doesn't know it has been modified. No dealer download.
