Headliner options? 850 1995

The headliner in my 855T has just about come completely loose. If it weren't for the moon roof it would be in my head. A stop gap that covered us while we were moving and getting settled was to use push pins to hold it up.

It's obviously stretched out and I doubt it can be glued down evenly even after removing the headliner. I suppose I can remove the unit and take it to an upholstery shop for a new liner.

Open to ideas?

Erwin

The headliner is foam backed and the foam disintegrated. Open up the rear hatch, take all of the plastic trim off the top to expose the liner, take off the overhead light up front and remove the liner. You will need to vacuum the car!!!

A new liner can be glued to the backing board, but remove the board first. Right out the rear hatch.

Contact one of the guys that just did this. Ask for tips.
