Loose Front Spring?? S60 2001

Guys,
Just replaced both front strut assemblies in an 01' S60 T5. I Used IPD HD upper spring seats, and then the upper bearings & miele strut assemblies (from FCP groton). Original spring seats were cause of most noise. Reassembled and started getting noise when turning slow into a parking spot. Replaced both lower ball joints and sway bar links (IPD HD links). The turning noise is now gone, but now I have what sounds like the Spring is loose. Its a rattling sound. Checked for loose Sway bar link. I'm kind of out of idea's. Maybe its the brand new bearing? I'm going to pull the entire strut out this weekend to look, but I'm not sure anything will stand out.. any ideas on what to look for?

I am sure you do good work. Have you checked the dust cover for the rotor? It can get bumped when doing all of that work.

Not so lucky.. Looks like its lower A arm front bushing. Couple of pencils jammed into it solved my noise.. 30k Miles on these.. I'm curious about if I should just buy another complete a arm.. AGAIN.... or buy one of those powersport poly bushing and try pushing one of them into the existing a arm's.. I hear they are much better and will last much longer.. except the make noise if not lubed..

Any one have any experience in this?
