Fog/Driving light bracketry S70 1998

I have a stripped down S70 that I want to add fog lights to at some point. There are many options for the lighting but what I want to know is how to properly mount these lamps to the car itself.

Someone over on Volvospeed told me that they thought there is a stock bracket kit out there but when I called the dealer the other day, they told me they have a kit for $400.00 that includes everything. A bit steep for me. Does anyone know of a bracket mtg kit or have a drawing or sketch showing how to mount lamps solidly to the body of the car?

    This is a start:

The bracket gets mounted to the backside of the bumper so the light shines through the outer edge of the small grilles. You also have to find the electrical plug that should be included in the wiring harness, close to the spot where the bulbs go.
You will also need a front fog switch that connects into the wiring below the dash.

Your best bet is to find a V70 or 850 in a junk yard. As far as I know, the only difference is the 850 has a black switch instead of grey.
