Same if both engines are turbo. both have part number 9146108 and cost the same at FCP.

This is an old post so I hope it's OK to jump in a bit Off topic.

Klaus, do you know if a '92 900 series car has a separate Cam and Crank sensor? I believe the 800 series has a problematic Cam sensor that can be fixed with $13 part from radio shack and I wonder if this part is found on the 900 engines. I'm a 200 guuy and I believe there are some changes to the B230

Sorry Tony, I cannot help in this regard. The only Hall sensor I ever messed with is on a 1975 164. And I didn't know what I was doing back then, probably still don't.

The only way to figure out a cam sensor in the 200/900 is to take one apart and take a look.

Oops.. you misunderstood.. I wasn't asking about teh inner workings of the sensor itself. I was just asking if the 900 has two separate sensors? A crank sensor AND a Cam sensor.

I was thinking that SMFREE(I know youv'e been helping her too)and her 900 might have the no start issue because it has a second Cam sensor not just the one Crank positioning Sensor.
