Starting Issues S80 2000

Hello,
I recently bought my first Volvo. Only 66,000 miles on her. Virtually Rust free, too!

But here is the catch. She hasn't started from day one. And I am not as familiar with Volvos as I should be yet. Here is a video I made so you can here it crank.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjjHOGr1Pkg&context=C3eb619bADOEgsToPDskLCoURD8sClWWsULQmzlIim

Symptoms:
Cars turns over, Just wont start.
Tach Jumps around when cranking.
I have unplugged fuel rail and watched fuel come out.

Tested for spark at every coil.

Replaced Battery, Starter and CPS.

Tried Re-Routing Power Cables away from CPS but it still Jumps around during cranking.

Used to occasionally backfire before replacing CPS.

I have searched around and all I can think is to check the timing and see if VVT Solenoid is good.

Any ideas?

You bought a car that doesn't start? Are there any codes on the code reader, besides not having the MAF plugged in? Does the timing belt look 'new', like previous owner could have broken the belt and just put a new one on. Rotate the engine to the timing marks and make sure they all line up.

Unless the wires are touching, remove the tinfoil. It conducts electricity.

Volvos stopped 'rusting' in 1989. All of the metal body work is galvanized.
