Snow tires/wheel pkg and CD Changer S60

Can anyone confirm that snow tires/wheel pkg and CD Changer (both dealer installed Volvo options) from 1998 S70 T5 will fit S60T5? I have conflicting answers from salemen!

    The tires/wheels should fit but the CD changer won't interface with the S-60 radio, and the wiring conections are different.
