850R new owner and drive a 444 as a daily. I cannot get it inspected because the computer will not reset the systems. Something about a slow response from O2 sensor. I ordered both. but the puzzle is I have no CEL. turn the key and there isn't a Check engine light anywhere. I see the "Service and Tracs" but the top right place where I think it should be.... no light. So I opened it up to change the bulb... it looks OK. any help here? Please?

    The check engine light is on the bottom row on the right side, next to last. It should light up when the key is turned to position II. If you disconnect the battery, that will clear the codes and reset the entire system. A slow responding O2 sensor can be stored without triggering the CEL. After 3 or more of the same error, the CEL will then turn on.

      I have only owned the car for a week.... but I have never seen the CEL. Battery was dead when I bought it and then I put in a bad battery. But I have driven it 100+ miles since last "battery disconnect" Highway and surface ..day and night. The obdII says a "INC" response to a few systems tested. Alone with P133 for the O2 sensor. I have ordered both O2 sensors but I think the light should be "on" when I turn the key to position and off once the vehicle starts. It starts fine and runs well. help?

        Bulb is out. PO probably drove around for a year with the CEL on and burned it up.
