Can somebody point me toward a particular brand of fuel pressuer test gauge that has the correct size Schrader fitting for the late model Volvo (2003/2005 V70/S80) test port on the fuel rail? It would be nice if it had a long enough hose that I could tape the gauge to the windshield to monitor it while driving.

    The gauge would be taped to the OUTSIDE of the windshield, with the face against the glass. For troubleshooting only, not a permanent install.

    Ask at a couple of autoparts stores. The earlier models use the same size as Ford, for some strange reason.

    Maybe you could ask if they have a fuel pressure sender and a gauge? That way there is only a wire coming through to the windshield instead of a live fuel line!

    Oil pressure sender unit will handle the pressure.
