Volvo flip key repair V70-XC70 2004

Just wanted to inform the group of a great experience I have had in obtaining a repair on my switchblade key fob. I found the name of Tony Polvino and contacted him. He repaired it perfectly for a very reasonable fee and I had it back in just a few days. Hisemail amp1117@yahoo.com if you want to cantact him.

I am just giving my experience and am not advertising.

I'm not affiliated with Tony in any way, but I've used him before and he is absolutely AMAZING to work with. He's super helpful, and goes above and beyond your expectations. His prices are fair, and dirt cheap compared with the dealer. I've bought dealer keys and fobs before, so when I bought my car and one of the switchblades were broken, I searched for an alternative, and found Tony. :)

I sent him my broken key, and I think I paid him around 70-80 bucks for the upgraded body (one with the molded plastic ring, instead of my old-style metal ring). He cleaned the inside, and the replacement unit was stronger than the original, since he adds a small screw to the body. It's been about a year since he fixed mine and I've had no issues. Very highly recommended.
