Well, I had the misfortune with a tractor trailer truck retread a few weeks back and now I'm trying to address another issue from that.

Looking for a list of hardware parts on replacing the rear bumper.
starting at the bracket, part # 6816114

would like to see a list of parts for doing this on a 1996 Volvo 850 GLT Wagon, non turbo unit.

Pics and help greatly appreciated.

That helps a little bit, but it lacks information on what holds that two brackets to the frame of the vehicle.
Does anyone have info on this?

Most Volvo Dealerships are totally clueless on this part, as I have asked three dealerships in my State and not a one was able to answer the question.

LOL, I just finished assembling a Chinese desk for my soon to retire wife. The diagrams make sense to me!

Bracket #8 attches to #5 using a bunch of #9 flange screws.

After using #13 & #14 to hold the bracket to the car, the combined #8 and #5 are held in place by 2 #12s.

Of course, I have never had the opportunity to remove a rear bumper...
