1998 S70 non turbo, strut tower question S70

Started hearing noise in the passenger side when turning.
Had my son turn the wheel while I looked under the hood. Found that the rubber bushing at the top of the tower was turning as the wheel turned making the rubber on steel noise. What might need replaced here?

Thanks,

Mike

Sounds like the "spring seats". Need to remove the struts to replace spring seats. Might as well do the struts at the same if they are original. The strut bearings are usually fine and last forever. Alignment is needed after repairs.
