Problem knocking at rear S60 2000

My S60 has annoying knocking noise when going over minor bumps in road.

It is like spare wheel loose. garage changed shocks and suspension bits to no avail. I understand they have found others like it and have referred to Volvo technical to find out the cause. Anyone else suffered?

The answer to knocking S60 2000

This seems to be caused by defective rear shock absorbers. There have been others on the net who have reported that their dealers have fixed this with new shocks.
