Programming Code for Radio 850 1996

Recently, I replaced the battery in my Volvo. The radio's antitheft mechanism was triggered, and I now need a code to program. Does anyone know how to do this?

If you check with your dealer they look it up based on your VIN number. My dealer required me tocome in and show registration but they didn't charge anything.

Also, check through all the documentation your dealer gave you on purchase. My dealer wrote the number down for me.
