What is it 850 1996

Found this plastic cover behind and below the driver's headlamp. It has nothing to do with the headlamp. It is approx 2X4 inches, looks like a kid's shoe. It had a bunch of thick grease where the ball of the foot is, there is a lip all around it for a rubber seal.

The outside of the part has a number -- > PBT GF20 < and what could be a vacuum line clip:

All guesses are good guesses. The engine is NA and the tranny is a 5 speed manual with a new clutch.

LOL. I would never have guessed. I haven't been under or in the engine compartment yet, except to do the SAS delete and unplug the SAS pump. Not that I expect the wipers to work anyway.

Some "mechanics" just don't know how to unplug the little wipers. I do want to replace the broken wipers, but not have them work. They are totally useless in my book.

      Thanks

I like mine but the driver's side wiper on my c70 often stops while sticking up.

Both of the wipers on my 850 work, but are worn out. They run $12 from Tasca.

I ripped out my motors, and plugged the plastic holes in the headlight valences. It looks really good, but the motors are hard to get out. I would think even worse to get in (remove many adjacent parts)
          have fun!
