to deal or not deal on XC70 S70

Gentlemen, what would be a fair price for a clean 2001 XC70 with 130,000 and a full dealer service history? Asking $8950 but said he will take $6500. Thank you

This car probably also has dealer service:

Just a little cheaper. I wonder what he means by 'flow system'.

"Has around 150,000 miles on it. Kelly Blue Book value for fair condition for this vehicle is $4,086. The car does need some work; the flow system and front struts need replacing and the AC doesn't work. All the tires were recently replaced and have ess than 5000 miles on them. This car has a clean title history. Can be sold for parts if you are not willing to get the work done. $1800."

This is what the dealers car is really worth as soon as you sign the papers.
