What is the best way to attack this issue.

I have a 2000 Volvo v70xc awd vehicle that the owner left the front windows open and the carpeting on both the driver and passenger side fronts has been soaked, dirty and mold growing.

What should I do?

Look for replacing completely -If so, where?
Or should I attempt to clean it up - If so, how?
