while tending to my cooling fan woes today, I noticed a new noise that seems to be coming from the drone serp belt pulley [no, not the spring-loaded one that you replace with the belt] It is located just to left of alt pulley. The noise is like tiny bells ringing. Is this pulley wheel replaceable? I don't see it in any parts schematics or parts lists. Absent that, anyone pulled one and repacked/regreased successfully.

      not exactly KC... the tasca schematic only shows the idler pulley wheel for the tensioner assy. My tensioner assy is fine. The pulley wheel that is causing my apparent problem is one that is attached right to the engine next to the alt. THE IPD part seems to be it, but I have to ask some questions or perhaps pop over to my dealer to look at the microfiche [remember those?!]

        The idler pulley is #4 on the schematic, #3 is the tensioner pulley. The idler pulley also has a cover, optional.
