R spoiler fits a GLT...right? 850 1995

I have to replace my front spoiler and I was wondering if I could get a R front spoiler and put it on my GLT? I figured its nothign different, its just held on by 5 screws or so. I just want to make sure before I invest money into it. Also, can I just order it from Volvo? Thanks.

I put a front R spoiler on my turbo a while ago and it fits perfectly. Order it from volvo, or you can probably get it cheaper from borton volvo in Minnesota. Aerodynamically speaking, it creates a noticeable amount of drag in the front and the car feels exceptionally stable at high speeds.

Where are you planning in purchasing this frt spoiler? and how much? I was also think of doing the same... thanks

Hi Scott,

I did exactly what you are planning last year on mine over here in the UK. It cost me 127pounds about 160 dollars i guess, and painting on top. You dont need the black surrounds either for the fog lights. Haven't noticed any aerodynamic improvements but i dont run with low profiles tyres.

It looks great so go for it.
