2004 v 70 climate control issue V70-XC70 2004

Had battery replaced now the climate control is not working. Checked fuses and they are ok.
Any suggestions on how to reset climate control?

Why did you have the battery replaced?

Who replaced the battery?

If your car had a charging problem, perhaps it still has the same problem.

How long did you use the car before it would not start?

You probably didn't read the fine print in the owner's manual regarding the part where it says that you cannot just unplug the battery and put in a new one. The car's computers NEED to be on all of the time.

Try this: with the key in position I, pull the fuse for the climate control and reinsert it. That might be enough to boot the system.

Thanks Klaus. Tried this. Didn't work. Now I have no power at all. Is this a software issue?
Only electrical working is the courtesy lights. No dash lights, unable to start. Complete loss of electrical power. I'm stumped. I guess I will have to have it towed to the dealer unless any one has any other suggestions.
Thanks.

Check your battery voltage and the connections. I am also stumped with this last turn of events.
