S60 Parking Brake Adjustment S60 2001

I seem to be at the end of the threads on the brake handle adjuster, and can't see any "star" wheel adjustment ports on the rear wheels. What do I do now? I'm at the last position of the handle before it'll hold the car on my driveway. Parking brake shoes were replaced a couple of years ago.

    S60 Parking Brake Adjustment S60 2001

My 1998 didn't have an extra hole to adjust the star nut, it was expected to use one of the lug bolt holes. Fortunately, I had a small flashlight and rotating the hub managed to find the star wheel. Anything larger than a 1/4 inch flat screwdriver will be too large.

Remember to let off the Ebrake before adjusting. Procedure, adjust until wheel does not turn anymore, back off 1 click. Rotate hub and listen for a rub, back off one more click if needed. Do both rear brakes. THEN adjust the Ebrake handle.

    AND chock the front wheels!

Is the adjuster on the front or rear (where cable attaches)? I can't see
anything that looks like an adjuster, and I can't get the rotor off to see
the components (rubber mallet, penetrating oil, heat haven't worked, no
room for puller). Parking brake is released.

These things take so long, but I did have to cut my grass before the impending, I hope, rain.

The adjusters are at 5 or 7 o'clock.
        EDIT:
It is going to be very hard to see with the rotor still on due to the thickness of the rotor and the drum. Even with just the drum, it is hard to see and get a screwdriver on the star wheel.

Do you have a rubber mallot? 2X4 and a hammer? If you get the rotor off, grease the contact area between the drum and the rotor with some brake grease.
